Helping clients to explore and understand their own experiences.
I am a doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology program at the University of Victoria, specializing in neuropsychology. I hold an M.Sc. in Lifespan Health and Development.
Over the past few years, I have been training under the supervision of registered psychologists, providing assessment services across the lifespan, including psychological, psychoeducational, and neuropsychological assessments. In my clinical work, I strive to take a non-judgmental and collaborative approach, and to create a safe space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. While I am still in training, I am interested in attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches, as well as play-based therapies.

My research focuses on assessment in children with neurodevelopmental disorders, including ADHD and autism, in hopes of better understanding individual differences and improving assessment practices.
I am an uninvited settler on this land and an immigrant from South Korea. Before moving to Victoria in 2013, I lived in Fiji Islands for several years, which, along with living in Victoria, continues to shape how I understand culture, identity, and belonging.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, climbing, snowboarding, badminton, and going for walks. I also love spending time with my two cats, an orange tabby and a black cat, whom I consider my brothers.
