Helping clients feel more confident in their ability to navigate all the challenges life may bring.
I am a Pre-Doctoral Resident and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). I have worked in Brazil, Chile, Germany, and Canada, and these experiences have deeply shaped how I understand the world. Besides English, I also speak fluently German, Spanish, and Portuguese.
I see therapy as a place where people can explore different parts of themselves without feeling judged. My approach is primarily person-centred, informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My goal is to help clients develop a greater sense of agency and feel more confident in their ability to navigate the challenges life may bring. I see therapy as a supportive space that clients can return to when needed, while also helping them build the insight, skills, and self-trust to live meaningful lives beyond the therapy room.

I am also interested in assessments. I see them as a way to help clients better understand themselves, including their strengths and challenges. Assessment can offer clarity and help guide meaningful next steps.
My research has focused on new mothers for the past 6 years. My master’s thesis focused on new mothers and the process of entering motherhood during the COVID-19 pandemic. And I am currently writing my dissertation on Latina mothers who are pregnant with their first child in Canada and their experiences with the healthcare system.
When I am not at school or work, you can usually find me at the gym or spending time with family and friends. I also love travelling and discovering new restaurants.
